B) How to Get Your Blog Published
- Original, Unpublished Content Only
We're all about fresh perspectives. Before diving in, make sure your topic isn't already covered on our blog. Just use our search bar to verify the uniqueness.
- Provide a Summary
Share a 100-word summary of your article, including the chosen topic and your author bio. We'll respond within 24 hours to confirm if it's a fit. Email it to easytechsmartgp@gmail.com with the subject line "Guest post – your_name."
- Follow Our Guidelines
Once confirmed, adhere closely to our guidelines while crafting the article.

D) Guest Post Guidelines
- Only original, unpublished work that's relevant and insightful will be considered.
- Ensure the post is fluent, readable, and error-free.
- Properly attribute data, quotes, and references to external content.
- One do-follow link to your company's website is allowed, in the author's bio; no website links within the article.
E) Formatting and Content Guidelines
- Share your content as a Google Doc and grant access to easytechsmartgp@gmail.com.
- Articles should exceed 1000 words.
- Minimize filler words, buzzwords, and jargon.
- Keep paragraphs concise, ideally 3 to 5 sentences.
- Add H2, H3, and H4 formatting for subheadings where appropriate.
- Limit the content between each subheading to 300 words.
- Incorporate bulleted lists to break up dense content.
- When using images, provide image sources.
F) Author Bio
- Craft a brief, impactful byline for your bio.
- Include links to your website and social media profiles in the Google Doc.
G) Guest Post Review Process
- Once we receive your guest post, we'll take 2-7 business days to review it.
- If your article aligns with our editorial standards and content strategy, we'll confirm its publication. Either way, we'll get back to you.
- Note that we reserve the right to edit your submission. We'll review, suggest changes if necessary, and publish.
- For substantial changes, we'll contact you with feedback and revision requests.
- If your post is accepted, kindly refrain from publishing it elsewhere, including your own blog or website.
- Should your post be declined, you're free to repurpose and share it as you see fit.
